Any problems or bugs in ArgentSoft developed software applications are fixed as soon as possible at no charge to the customer.  We cannot guarantee that ArgentSoft products are totally free from bugs, however.  All software, even that developed by big and powerful Microsoft, has bugs.

If you have encountered a bug or problem in any ArgentSoft product, please report it via e-mail, facsimile or telephone for our review.  Be as detailed as you can in your explanation of the problem.  All ArgentSoft developed software comes with a Problem Ticket Form on the Data Menu that we encourage you to use whenever you encounter a problem.  In addition, you can access the Error Log on the Admin Menu to print the programming information/code associated with the problem.

All products come with free 30 days (from the date of the first contact) telephone, facsimile and e-mail support.
